Busy, Busy

A couple of weeks ago, I took a trip on my own to Utah and Idaho.  The kids were with dad the entire time, with the exception of the very last day I was gone.  He is so fun and kept them busy, busy doing fun things while I was gone.  I'd like to say that it was because they were trying to stay busy so they wouldn't miss me so much, but I know that it is actually because that's the kind of dad he is.  :-)  While I was gone, it was so fun to receive pictures and text updates as they were doing so many fun things.  The kids were definitely in good hands!!

I mentioned to Russell that Halle's dirty, muddy slippers in this pic were an indication that the kids were home with dad.  I was just teasing as I know that they are so well taken care of when they are with him, that playing outside in slippers doesn't matter. :-)}
